You agree to access and use the Website only for lawful purposes. By accessing the Website, you agree that you will not:

(b) post or transmit discriminatory, libellous, harassing, defamatory, blasphemous, insulting, obscene or otherwise unlawful content;
(c) post or use any material that infringes upon or violates our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of another;
(d) upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under a contractual relationship; or
(e) use the Website to commit a criminal offence or to encourage others to engage in any conduct which would constitute a criminal offence or give rise to civil liability.You are responsible for making sure your activities are lawful.
3. Payments
Any payments made on the Website shall be conducted in a secure manner.
We accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard Credit/Debit card in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams).
3.1 Credit/Debit Card Information
We reserve the right to refuse the Credit/Debit Card or, in such case the transaction is accepted, cancel the transaction, at our sole discretion, as part of our own fraud detection program.
The Credit/Debit card details provided by you should be valid and accurate and owned by the user.
Payment related information will not be shared with any of the third party except for payment purposes, unless required for fraud verifications or by law, regulation or court order. We will not be liable for any Credit/Debit card fraud.
3.2 Unlawful Transactions
We reserve the right to recover the cost incurred as a result of the fraudulent use of the Website We reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings against these users for fraudulent use of the Website and/or any other unlawful act or acts or omissions.
3.3 Down Payment
You may have the option of making an online downpayment of AED 5,000 or any other amount as displayed on the website ("Downpayment") towards the purchase of a vehicle, and by doing so, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
a- Purpose of Downpayment: The Downpayment is a reservation fee to hold a vehicle for you, and it will be applied towards the final purchase price of the vehicle.
b- Reservation Period: The Downpayment secures the vehicle for a period of 120 days from the date of payment.
c- Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your reservation after making the Downpayment and before signing the vehicle purchase agreement, you will be charged a cancellation fee of AED 500. The remaining balance of the Downpayment will be refunded to you. If you choose to cancel your reservation after signing the vehicle sale agreement (VSA), you will forfeit the entire Downpayment amount. Refunds will be processed according to the original mode of payment.
d- Completion of Purchase: The Downpayment will be deducted from the total purchase price of the vehicle at the time of the final transaction. You will be required to complete the remaining balance through a separate payment process as per the terms agreed upon in the final VSA
e- Other Provisions: the purchase of the vehicle shall be governed by the terms and conditions outlined in the VSA, including but not limited to terms related to payment, cancellation, vehicle replacement.
4 . Intellectual Property
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Website, and in the material and content published on it (the "Materials"). Those works are protected by intellectual property laws and treaties around the world, including copyright rules. All such rights are reserved. All trade marks, service marks and logos (the "Trade Marks") displayed on the Website are the exclusive property of AWR. You will not use the Trade Marks in any manner without our prior written consent.
Our status (and that of any identified contributors) as the authors of content on our Website must always be acknowledged.
Other than as set out above and other than when viewing the Website on your electronic device you are not granted any licence to use or view the Materials and Trade Marks.
In particular, you must not use any part of the content on the Website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. We reserve the right to assume, at our own expense, the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. You agree not to settle any matter without the prior written consent by us.
